I am a dedicated Foot and Ankle substantive female Consultant Surgeon practicing at University Hospitals Birmingham. I have been practicing independently since 2018. I expert in minimally invasive surgery specifically, in addition to a broad spectrum of other foot and ankle surgeries, which I do with extreme passion for all feet and ankles of yours with no exception.
My special interest is in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery (MIS) specifically, in addition to foot and ankle fusion and ankle replacement surgery; Achilles tendon surgery, F&A tendon surgery, Haglund's deformity surgery, hallux valgus (bunion) surgery, hammer and claw toe surgery, F&A fractures, metalwork removal from foot and ankle, ganglion removal operation, ingrown toenail surgery, joint manipulation treatment and joint pain treatment.
I am Fellowship trained in foot and ankle, and have been exclusively F&A subspecialised for 6 years now; being up-to-date and supporting the F&A national and international community as faculty and committee for years.
My passion for education and research to secure continuity and improvement of expert's care for all our patients, I proudly embraced the role of Educational Lead in the past, now Education committee in the British Foot and Ankle Society; supporting all future generations, now being Clinical Governance Lead. I am also an AO instructor, and I have a PhD. degree in Orthopaedics. I am an active SICOT international Society F&A committee member. Speaking various languages travelling the world, l easily adapt to every one of you; I appreciate patient feedback highlighting my thoroughness, knowledge, and dedication.
