Treatment restrictions due to coronavirus (COVID-19)

As part of our longstanding relationship, we are proud to be dedicating our resources to the NHS at this important time. As a result many of our treatments are currently suspended and we are reviewing all planned procedures and consultations. We are making every effort to talk to impacted patients and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Professional profile

I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2011 and spent the first five years of my career working in the National Health Service and the last three as a band six physiotherapist. In 2016, I moved to Spire Parkway as a full time physiotherapist.

Half of my role involves seeing orthopaedic patients pre and post operatively on the inpatient wards. I spend the other half of my week in outpatients, seeing patients with a wide range of conditions such as sports injuries and aches and pains.

I have a specialist interest in complex knee conditions and biological knee reconstruction and I work closely with Mr James Arbuthnot (Orthopaedic Knee Consultant), in the outpatient department.

I am also a qualified Pilates instructor and teach patient and staff classes at Spire Parkway. I also use acupuncture as a treatment modality, with a particular interest in acupuncture for headaches, facial pain and head and neck pain.
