I have vast experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and in particular the rehabilitation of shoulder and knee injuries. I also have an interest in spinal rehabilitation following surgery.
I have been working in the field of oncology since 2011 and I am a Macmillan practitioner. I have a particular interest in using exercise therapy and other physiotherapy technique to treat the consequences of cancer treatments. These side effects include fatigue, poor sleep, decreased exercise tolerance and general de-conditioning.
I am also interested in the rehabilitation of patients following reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.
I am a trained lymphoedema practitioner and practise manual lymphatic drainage.
I am also a trained acupuncturist and Pilates teacher and find both of this technique extremely useful in the treatment of many conditions.
