I have a wide experience in all aspects of general paediatrics.
I qualified from the University of Cambridge and Guy's Hospital in London in 1975 and trained in general and sub speciality paediatrics in London and Scotland receiving extensive training to develop expertise in paediatric allergy, diabetes and endocrinology. I received my doctorate of medicine (MD) by original research in 1987.
I was appointed consultant paediatrician to Heartlands Hospital in 1987.
