I am a General Surgeon specialising in colorectal surgery and I trained in Scotland, Southeast Thames rotation for higher surgical training and RSO fellowship at St Mark's Hospital for a year. Following this, I completed Ethicon sponsored laparoscopic fellowship at St Mark's Hospital and training in locally advanced rectal cancers including pelvic exenteration.
I was appointed at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in October 2014 as a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon and I also hold an Honorary Consultant Surgeon appointment at St Mark's Hospital, Harrow. I lead advanced rectal cancer surgery and jointly lead anal cancer surgery.

I am a keen chess and cricket player. Most of my free time is spent looking after my children and their education as I have two children of school age. I quite enjoy armature cooking and finds cycling and running relaxing after a busy period at work.
