I was educated at Harvard University, USA, and attended medical school at University College Hospital in London. I am board certified in plastic surgery in the UK. At every stage of my training and career I took every opportunity to learn from the best surgeons worldwide. During my fellowship in the USA, I won the prestigious Gaspar Anastasi Award for aesthetic surgery.

As a consultant I pioneered breast reconstruction operations and devoted much time to setting up a world renowned breast reconstruction unit in Norfolk. We even carried out some operations for “Botched up Bodies” at the NNUH.

As I am presently involved in policy and regulatory work for BAAPS and the JCCP., I have reduced my practice at Spire to mainly day case procedures for the time being. These include labialplasties and non-surgical facial rejuvenation with natural fillers and fat (the liquid facelift). My private practice also involves the aesthetic removal of small lesions, warts, moles, cysts, lipomas and some skin cancers and the treatment of hyperhidrosis, as well as inverted nipple corrections, removal of implants and earlobe repairs.

I always strive to give a straightforward honest opinion of options available for treatment, with a clear discussion of the risks involved and what is required to optimise the surgical outcome.
