I completed my postgraduate training in orthopaedic surgery in Manchester and Southampton. In 1996 I underwent a fellowship in trauma in Germany, which included complex trauma and hip surgery.
I have obtained sub-specialty experience in lower limb arthroplasty, hip resurfacing and revision hip surgery. I am also experienced in limb reconstruction with the Ilizarov technique.
I am interested and activity involved in teaching at Manchester University.
