Professional profile

I have been working in the field of ear, nose and throat surgery (ENT) since 2008. I enjoy managing all general aspects of ENT related conditions and I have particular interests in tumours of the head and neck region and ENT disorders in children.

While I am happy to undertake consultations and operative procedures in all aspects of general adult ENT disorders, I have a specific interest in tumours (benign and malignant) of the head and neck region and diseases of the thyroid and salivary glands. I have had advanced training in paediatric ENT disorders and offer consultations and management for all childhood ages with general ENT problems. I provide a holistic approach to the needs of your child, whether it be a tongue tie in a newborn to hearing loss and snoring in older children.

I have undertaken a period of advanced level training at the Children's Hospital at Westmead in Sydney, Australia, gaining further experience in paediatric ENT disorders.

I am the Clinical Governance Lead for ENT at the University Hospital of South Manchester

I am an honorary consultant at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust where I am a core member of the head and neck cancer team.

I practice at Spire Manchester Hospital as well as their clinic in Hale, Cheshire.

General Medical Council Number: C6102582

Personal profile

Outside of my role as an ENT surgeon my time is devoted to my family. When I'm not running around after the kids, I can often be found hill walking, cycling in the countryside or in the kitchen trying to learn a new recipe.
