I have been operating as an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Consultant Surgeon for over 25 years. I work throughout North West England and Manchester with expertise in treating all aspects of ear, nose and throat conditions and a particular interest in rhinology and endoscopic sinus surgery.

I have a special interest in rhinoplasty (nose job) for cosmetic and functional needs. I also have extensive experience in rhinoplasty surgery which I developed and have been performing for over 18 years, both the open approach to address nasal tip cosmetic conditions and nasal bony part and the closed approach as well. I have also developed great interest and skills in cosmetic ear surgery (ear pinning, pinnaplasty).

I have a lot of experience in the diseases of the nose and sinuses which has enabled me to become a highly skilled consultant in performing functional endoscopic sinus surgery, nasal polyps and allergy. Having completed postgraduate training at centres of excellence throughout the UK and abroad I am recognised by the Fellowships of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons (FRCS) in London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow which qualifies me as a senior surgeon.

I then went on to complete a higher degree in the Fellowship in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (FRCS ORL-HNS) in London, and the European Board Certificate (EBE ORL-HNS) in Vienna, Austria. In 2017 I was awarded the MD Degree (Doctor of Medicine) from the University of Leicester, for my achievement in Medical Research. This is the highest degree a surgeon can achieve.

I also completed a fellowship in dizziness, vertigo and balance conditions in 2009 at the Washington University Dizziness and Balance Centre, USA. In 2005 I obtained a masters degree in voice and swallowing disorders from Newcastle University and completed my fellowship in voice disorders in Portland, USA.

I am actively involved in auditing, researching and teaching of both undergraduate and postgraduate doctors. I have also been invited to speak at several national conferences and courses along with many published peer-reviewed papers. I have also presented scientific papers at international conferences.
