I am a Consultant Vascular Surgeon with over 15 years’ experience, and I’ve been providing specialist vascular care since 2006. At Spire hospitals, I see patients with a wide range of arterial, venous and lymphatic conditions, always taking time to understand how symptoms are affecting everyday life and what treatment options may help most.
My practice includes treatment for varicose veins and pelvic congestion syndrome, circulatory problems that affect walking (claudication), diabetic foot disease, aneurysms and leg bypass surgery. I also carry out surgery to reduce the risk of stroke, manage complex vascular conditions such as mesenteric ischaemia, nutcracker syndrome and thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), and treat excessive sweating and facial flushing with thoracoscopic sympathectomy.
A particular focus of my work is thoracic outlet syndrome. My dedicated TOS clinic supports patients from across the UK and overseas, including those seeking second opinions for complex or previously treated cases. I offer the full range of TOS procedures, including cervical and first rib resection, vein reconstruction and revisional surgery, all guided by established professional standards and regularly audited outcomes.
My NHS practice is based at the Countess of Chester Hospital and Wirral University Teaching Hospital.
