MB ChB, MRCP, MD
I am a consultant in respiratory and general medicine and I have been a Consultant Respiratory Physician at Hope Hospital since 2003. I qualified at Leeds University in 1993 and underwent postgraduate training in the Yorkshire region. Since taking up my consultant post I have set up an NHS service for patients with obstructive sleep apnoea and I run a joint sleep clinic for patients with other forms of sleep disorders. I am the lead clinician for ventilatory failure at Hope Hospital and I run the acute non-invasive ventilation service.
My main areas of clinical interest are sleep disordered breathing and ventilatory failure. In addition to, asthma and COPD.
