I am a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Queen's University Hospital NHS Trust, Romford. I am lead for emergency gynaecology education and a college tutor. I have 20 years of experience in gynaecology.

I have a special interest in minimal access/laparoscopic surgery. I have a diploma in advanced endoscopic surgery from the University of Surrey and specialise in laparoscopic hysterectomy, endometriosis and ovarian cysts. I am a member of the team providing care at a designated endometriosis centre and offer a one-stop gynaecology clinic.

I am committed to teaching and training and I'm lead for education and training for the trust and college tutor for the deanery. I am also an examiner for the MRCOG part two examination.

As a trainee, I had rotation in London acquiring a wealth of experience at University College London Hospital, Homerton University Hospital and Harold Wood Hospital.

My special clinical interests include minimal access surgery, hormone imbalances and hormone replacement therapy andgynaecological endocrinology (polycystic ovaries, hirsutism, hormone imbalances, PMS). I am also interested in treatment of ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cysts, fibroids, prolapse surgery and diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy for polyps and fibroids, Endometrial ablation procedures including Nova sure/thermal balloon ablation and labial reduction.
