Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon in NHS Fife.
Having graduated at The University of Nottingham and then undertaken basic surgical training in Nottingham and Sydney, Australia I moved to Edinburgh. I completed Orthopaedic training in Edinburgh. I then travelled to Brisbane, Australia for a hip and knee replacement fellowship under the tutelage of Professor Ross Crawford one of Australia's leading research surgeons. Professor Crawford was the first Australian surgeon to perform a robotically assisted hip replacement.
I have presented research work both in the UK and at various European meetings.
I currently work in Fife performing elective hip, knee and foot operations on a regular basis.
