Important information about outpatient appointments

Spire Edinburgh Hospitals are pleased to advise that we are now accepting GP and medical referrals only for outpatient appointments. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate those wishing to self-refer.

When you come in for your outpatient appointment, please do not arrive more than five minutes before your appointment time. This is to minimise the number of people in our waiting areas.

On arrival, before entering either of our hospitals, you will be asked a few quick questions, have your temperature check and given a mask which must be worn at all times while inside the hospital. Please be advised that we ask that only you attend the outpatient appointment.

Follow-up appointments, where possible, will be conducted via telephone.

Spire Edinburgh Hospitals currently has a no visitor policy.
