I graduated in Dentistry (BDS) in 2001 and Medicine (MBChB) from Aberdeen in 2011. After completing foundation medical training and core surgical training, I proceeded to higher surgical training in oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) in Scotland. Further to obtaining FRCS (OMFS) in 2018 I was appointed as Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial / Head and Neck Surgeon in Nottingham.

Currently, I am a Consultant OMFS / H&N Surgeon in NHS Lothian (Edinburgh). My scope of practice includes head and neck cancer and reconstructive surgery, facial trauma and general oral and maxillofacial surgery.
