I am a consultant cataract and glaucoma surgeon at Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion, Edinburgh and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in Ophthalmology at University of Edinburgh. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, and the European Board of Ophthalmologists, achieving the highest score in Europe in my board exam.

My clinical expertise is in glaucoma and cataract surgery. Following specialist training in London and the USA I am experienced in new "safe-surgery" glaucoma surgery techniques. These techniques can be used to minimise the risks of surgery and achieve the best outcomes.
