I have worked in the Clinical Psychology Department at St John's Hospital since 2006; the majority of my work in the NHS is with adults with complex mental health problems. I deliver psychological interventions individually and in groups to clients, drawing on a number of therapeutic models including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) and cognitive analytical therapy (CAT). My specialist areas included working with clients with a history of complex childhood trauma and physical health problems including functional disorders, chronic fatigue and obesity.
