I was born and raised in Edinburgh. I commenced medical studies at the University of St Andrews, where I graduated with a first class honours in Medicine, and then completed clinical training at the University of Edinburgh. I undertook postgraduate medical training in Edinburgh, Australia and London, before going on to complete specialist registrar training in dermatology in Glasgow.
I have a particular interest in general medical dermatology, but my practice covers all aspects of the specialty, including skin cancer and inflammatory conditions, such as acne, eczema and psoriasis. I perform diagnostic and therapeutic surgical procedures.
I was appointed a Consultant in NHS Fife in 2021.
I am an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at School of Medicine, University of Dundee.
