I have a wide range of ophthalmic experience and obtained my medical degree at the American University in Tehran, Iran and spent the last two years of my course at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).
I have experience and am skilled in the use of specific multifocal intra-ocular lens for cataract surgery to give better vision for reading, middle and distance vision.
My ophthalmic training started in San-Antonio in Texas with further training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, along with ongoing training in Cambridge, St Thomas’ Hospital and Windsor.
At Moorfields Eye Hospital I obtained my fellowships in oculoplasty, diabetic retinopathy macular disorder and glaucoma and have undertaken vast numbers of cataract operations.
