Some of the principal treatments carried out by Mr Nicholas Watkin at Spire include:
Urology: Bladder/kidney stone disease
I trained in medicine at Cambridge and Oxford Universities before specialising in Urology. I became a Master of Surgery at Cambridge in 1998 and subsequently trained in South Africa, specialising in reconstructive surgery and oncology.
I provide a tertiary referral practice at St George's Hospital for penile and urethral disorders with an active research programme into penile skin conditions, including penile cancer. I am a Lead Clinician at St Helier Hospital. I also have an interest in stone disease and manage the Regional Lithotripsy Service at Sutton Hospital.
