Professional profile

I qualified from the University of Southampton in 1984. I have worked in a variety of hospitals in England and in New Zealand. Following training in general internal medicine I specialised in rheumatology. I have particular expertise in metabolic bone diseases such as osteoporosis.

Qualifications & Accreditation: Bachelor of Medicine (BM) University of Southampton 1984, Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) London 1989, Doctor of Medicine (DM) University of Nottingham 1995, Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) London 2000 and European Specialist Register for GIM & Rheumatology 1996.
