A referral letter is generally required from you before any insured patient can be seen by a consultant. Patients can call our bookings team on 0121 704 5527 to arrange a convenient appointment.
Self-funding patients are able to be seen by a consultant without a GP referral, although a letter is often preferred.

Referrals for NHS patients can be sent through the online e-referral service (formerly choose and book) by visiting www.ebs.ncrs.nhs.uk. This is the best practice for us to receive NHS referrals, as patients will receive appointments in a timely manner and is an efficient system.
Referrals can also be sent by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. When sending an email, please make sure to state that the referral is NHS and provide a recent relevant medical history.
