About the consultant :
Mr David Sidloff is a highly experienced vascular surgeon who specialises in minimal access, local anaesthetic treatments for varicose veins. Mr Sidloff can also offer the full composite of treatment choices, meaning that you will always recieve the treatment that is best for you. As the research lead in Nottingham, Mr Sidloff ensures his patients can access the latest information and technologies relevant to them.
Mr Sidloff can also help with a range of conditions including blocked arteries, aortic aneurysms, diabetic foot ulcers and carotid surgery to prevent a stroke.

*Mini consultations are an opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have and are not a formal outpatient consultation. If you wish to proceed to surgery, a full outpatient consultation will be required.

Spire Nottingham Hospital is situated 5 miles south from Nottingham City Centre off the A52. It is easily accessible from the A46 to Lincoln, Newark and Leicester.

From Nottingham City Centre
Head south on London Road (A60). Turn left at the second set of traffic lights onto Cattle Market Road (A6011). Follow the road past the Notts County Football ground, bear left and at the traffic lights turn right onto Lady Bay Bridge (A6011). Continue straight ahead until Gamston Roundabout. Take the second exit onto Gamston Lings Bar Road (A52). Take the left turning signposted to Tollerton. Continue on Tollerton Lane and the hospital is on the left, just before Nottingham City Airport.
From the South (A46)
From the A46 towards Newark, take the exit for A606 (Melton Road). After 3.5 miles, turn right at the traffic lights onto Cotgrave Road. Take the first left onto Cotgrave Lane and turn right at the bottom of the road. The hospital is on the right, just after the Nottingham City Airport.
From the West (A52)
From the A52 (Derby Road) towards Nottingham, at the roundabout for Queen’s Medical Centre, take the third exit onto Clifton Boulevard heading to A453/A606 (Ring Road). Merge onto the A52. At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A52. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Gamston Lings Bar (A52). After 2 miles, take the filter lane to turn right onto Tollerton Lane. Continue on Tollerton Lane and the hospital is on the left, just before Nottingham City Airport.
From the East (A46)
From the A46 towards Leicester, take the exit signposted to Nottingham (A52), at the roundabout take the fourth exit to the A52. Continue for 6 miles until the Gamston Roundabout. Take the first exit onto Gamston Lings Bar Road (A52). Take the left turning signposted to Tollerton. Continue on Tollerton Lane and the hospital is on the left, just before Nottingham City Airport.
By rail
Nottingham station is approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the hospital.
