I am a consultant vascular and endovascular surgeon at Nottingham University Hospitals. I specialise in the treatment of vascular conditions including keyhole venous closure techniques for varicose veins. I also treat patients with abdominal aneurysms, blocked carotid arteries, peripheral vascular disease and hyperhidrosis (sweaty armpits) both in the NHS and private practice.
I graduated from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1989 and undertook my training in vascular surgery and complex endovascular aneurysm repair in Nottingham.
I have been working as a consultant vascular surgeon in Nottingham since 2006. I developed and lead the complex endovascular aneurysm repair programme in Nottingham.
Actively involved in education and teaching, I taught vascular surgery in the UK, Africa and Singapore and am responsible for organizing the Cadaveric Vascular Training workshops at Nottingham University Hospitals.
