Personal profile

Originally from the East Midlands and having spent time elsewhere for work and study, I find myself comfortably settled back ‘home’. I balance a busy professional and family life by powers of organisation. I am a keen swimmer and fan of literature.

In an attempt to exemplify positive ways of living, I have recently begun yoga and mindfulness, which I have found beneficial. I aim to be a clear communicator with my patients, carers and referrers. I maintain my curiosity regarding ‘the human condition’ and feel that everyone has a story worth listening to. Despite the complexity of my work, I strive to maintain an approachable and friendly manner.
