I specialise in lung cancer with interest in airways disease, respiratory infection, pleural diseases, interventional procedures, sleep medicine and chronic cough.
I have experience in managing a wide range of respiratory diseases, regularly lead lung cancer MDT's and am skilled in various interventional respiratory procedures including bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound, electrocautery and indwelling pleural catheter insertion.
I did my respiratory training in the East Midlands Deanery. I was appointed as a Consultant Respiratory Physician at Nottingham University Hospital in 2013. I lead the interventional procedure portfolio for Respiratory Medicine at NUH and have developed multiple new services within the department.
I am lead for bronchoscopy and pleural services at NUH and until recently I was Co-lead for Respiratory medicine at NUH.
