I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital, with extensive experience in complex knee reconstruction, sports injuries and robotic‑assisted joint replacement. I see patients from across the East of England and offer appointments at Spire Norwich Hospital and Spire King's Lynn Clinic too.

I have undertaken international training and completed three specialist fellowships in the UK, with a particular focus on advanced lower limb surgery.

My clinical practice centres on the management of complex knee problems, including primary and revision knee replacement, treatment of the painful or failing knee replacement and sports‑related injuries. I have a strong interest in innovation and patient safety and was instrumental in introducing robotic‑assisted knee replacement technology to the first rural district general hospital in East Anglia.

I provide assessment and surgical treatment for a wide range of hip and knee conditions, with particular expertise in primary, complex primary and revision knee replacement, robotic‑assisted knee replacement surgery, second‑opinion assessment and revision surgery for painful or failed knee replacements, sports knee injuries (including ACL and collateral ligament injuries) meniscal injuries and cartilage (chondral) injuries and patellofemoral pathology managing kneecap instability and alignment issues.

At Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital, I offer a full range of knee and hip procedures, including total hip replacement, total and partial knee replacement, including patient‑specific and robotic‑assisted surgery, complex revision knee reconstruction, knee arthroscopy (keyhole surgery), including meniscal repair and removal of loose bodies, ACL reconstruction and patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction, arthroscopic cartilage repair procedures.

My orthopaedic training has been undertaken in both the UK and India and includes three highly regarded fellowships, BOA Transitional Fellowship, Cardiff University Hospital, Lower Limb Arthroplasty Fellowship, University Hospital Leiceste, Joint Reconstruction Fellowship, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore.

Alongside my clinical work, I have contributed to national orthopaedic practice through leadership and academic roles. I am a reviewer for The Bone & Joint Journal and have previously held senior roles including Knee Revision MDT Lead and Surgical Site Infection Lead at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn. I also played a key role in delivering robotic knee surgery within the NHS in East Anglia.
