I am a general musculoskeletal physiotherapist at Spire Norwich Hospital. I have a specialist interest in female pelvic health. Post operatively I see patients following upper and lower limb and gynaecological surgeries.
I trained at the University of East Anglia, qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2018. In addition to my degree, I have completed specialist pelvic health training in female urinary dysfunction and pelvic pain. I am also trained in APPI Pilates Mat Work level 1.
I enjoy empowering patients to help people maximise their recovery and improve their symptoms. I listen to patients' needs in order to personalise rehab plans, based upon their specific goals.
