I have extensive experience in general radiology and specialise in breast imaging as well as neuro imaging. I enjoy ultrasound in particular as this is one of the few branches of imaging that provides an opportunity for direct interaction with my patients, which is something I value most in being a doctor.

I have been a Consultant Radiologist since 2010. I am the Director of the NNUH Breast Screening Unit, as well as Clinical Lead for Ultrasound at the NNUH. I qualified as a doctor in Germany in 2002 and since then have trained to become a specialist in France, Switzerland as well as in the UK.

I regularly teach medical students at the University of East Anglia, and am both an author as well as editor of the National Breast Imaging Academy.
