I am writing to be sure that you receive my positive feedback (in this case high praise!!).

I would like to provide positive feedback today for the exceptional (excellent) care I received when I attended at 11.00am 18 December for a CT Scan. All the staff who dealt with me were brilliant from reception to the ward doctor who came to test my blood, to the radiographer and man who removed my cannula.

The Radiographer was incredibly patient and very thorough. He answered all my questions and enabled me to make an informed decision. He explained everything very clearly.

I have unfortunately had all kinds of interventions and treatments in my life, especially recently - elsewhere - not all good- many excellent, but I have not had better service, treatment, care or kindness shown to me.

I was so grateful for all that was done to ensure my safety. I cannot give praise high enough for my experience today in every way!!!
