I graduated from London University (Barts) and completed general surgical and ENT training in the London region followed by higher subspecialty ENT training at Charing Cross, The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear and Great Ormond Street Hospitals.

I have won several prestigious awards (in particular, best otology presentation at The Royal Society of Medicine 2002, The RCSEng travelling Fellowship 2003 and The European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship 2004 enabling visits to centres of excellence in the U.S.A and Europe respectively).

I was brought up locally and it is now great to be back in the area. I am married with three young children.
I enjoy travel whether professionally (at International conferences) or socially and my favourite holidays have been on safari in Africa, visiting the great sites of India, experiencing the culture of European cities and skiing.
To keep fit I play tennis, ski and run around with my kids (particularly exhausting!).
