Mrs Allison Bell
I qualified in 1989 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. My first job was rotational in Aberdeen Royal, moving on to my first senior role in Glasgow Royal in outpatients in 1992. I moved to the States in 1993 working in Tennessee where I helped develop total hip and knee replacement pathways, bringing them back with me to Spire in 1995.
Since joining Spire I have completed many courses and developed a keen interest in spinal care. I have completed my Society of Orthopaedic Medicine exams, and I am an Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates certified instructor. I have completed all my training and have 12 years of experience in our exclusive intensive physiotherapy programme.
I am the proud manager of two fantastic, clinically diverse and motivated teams. I have a keen interest in spinal physiotherapy.
Some of the principal treatments carried out by Mrs Allison Bell at Spire include:
A GP or medical referral is required for all outpatient appointments at Spire Edinburgh Hospitals.
I live with my husband and two children. I love reading and my book club, travelling and family fun. I have a caravan next to the sea which I love to escape to.
