I specialise in all aspects of general orthopaedic surgery with a sub-specialty interest in hip and knee joint replacement surgery and sports injuries of the knee.

I completed my orthopaedic training in Edinburgh before being awarded the British Orthopaedic Association transitional fellowship in complex and revision joint replacement surgery which I completed in the North East of England. I then undertook a fellowship at the world renowned North Sydney Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre (NSOSMC) where I developed a specialist interest in sports related injuries of the knee with particular emphasis on ligament and cartilage reconstruction surgery, and computer and robotic assisted knee replacement surgery.
