I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh where I offer specialist orthopaedic care for patients presenting with hip and knee pain. My expertise relates to primary hip and knee replacement surgery, revision (re-do) surgery and robotic assisted surgery. I am the lead orthopaedic surgeon for enhanced recovery after joint replacement surgery (ERAS) in Lothian.

I completed my orthopaedic training in Edinburgh before undertaking several prestigious subspecialist training fellowships in the North East of England and Sydney where I developed a specialist interest in sports injuries of the knee and robotic assisted knee replacement surgery.
