Dr John Brush
Radiologist

Specialises in
I am firstly a diagnostic radiologist with wide experience in oncology using standard equipment (ultrasound, CT, MRI, including PET-CT scanning). I also have wide experience in interventional radiology with regards to oncology and can offer any procedure relevant to oncological practice.
My main interest is the diagnosis, staging and treatment of prostate and colorectal cancer. Prostate brachytherapy is now an established technique for treatment of localised prostate cancer and, in conjunction with oncology colleagues, I am able to offer this service locally. CT Colonoscopy is a non-invasive procedure capable of imaging the entire colon and is as accurate as conventional colonoscopy for the diagnosis of colon cancer. This technique is available locally.
To summarise, I offer diagnostic radiology relating to oncology and also interventional procedures for oncology patients allowing safer, less-invasive treatment.
