I trained in medicine in Glasgow and underwent postgraduate training in medicine and gastroenterology there, before completing my training in Edinburgh and South Carolina, USA. I am an accredited specialist in gastroenterology, dealing with a broad range of gut disorders including gastro-oesophageal reflux, Barrett's Oesophagus, upper gastrointestinal malignancy, inflammatory bowel disease and colon cancer. My special interests are in endoscopic procedures, particularly endoscopic ultrasonography and colonoscopy.
