I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon in the NHS at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, with successful private practices at Spire Claremont Hospital.

I see patients with general ear nose and throat complaints and regularly carry out thyroid and parathyroid surgery. I also have a subspecialty interest treating patients with head and neck cancers. I am a member of the British Association of Thyroid and Endocrine Surgeons and enter the outcomes of my thyroid and parathyroid surgery in a national database.

I trained in Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) and head and neck surgery at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield Children’s Hospital, Doncaster Royal Infirmary and Rotherham General Hospital. My training encompassed all areas of ENT surgery and he went through sub-specialty training in head and neck cancer surgery in Sheffield. I understudied Professor Petra Ambrosch in Kiel, Germany with respect to careful assessment and excision of head and neck tumours using lasers which I apply to my present practice.
