I trained at the Royal Free and University College Medical School in London, obtaining a first class degree and qualifying with a Merit award in 2004. I was appointed to the highly respected Cavendish Arthroplasty Fellowship in Sheffield to further develop his interest in complex hip and knee surgery.

Since 2014 I have been an expert member of the Beyond Compliance Advisory Group that helps to monitor and advise on the safe introduction of new or modified implants. I continue to be involved in hip and knee related research and education.
