I trained as a gynaecologist in London and East Anglia. I was awarded my MD by the University of London and have specialised in the field of gynaecological cancer.

I worked as a consultant in New Zealand, helping to develop cancer services for the middle and lower North Island, before returning to take up my current post at Addenbrookes Hospital.
