Dr Chinwe Ude, invites you to an online seminar exploring the transformative impact of nature therapy on children with neurodiversity.

In a world filled with bright screens and constant sensory input, our neurodiverse children often feel like they are operating at 100% volume all day long. But what if the most powerful "sensory sanctuary" wasn't a specialized room, but the great outdoors?

Why are the outdoors a great idea?

Nature therapy - or NaturoRx - is more than just a walk in the park. For children with ADHD, Autism, or other neurodivergent profiles, the natural world offers a low-demand environment where the nervous system can finally reset. Guided by the expertise of Dr. Chinwe Ude, Consultant Paediatrician with special interest in Epilepsy and Neurology, we are exploring how intentional time in nature can:

  • Lower cortisol levels: Reducing the "fight or flight" response often triggered by busy indoor environments.
  • Improve "Soft Fascination": Helping children build focus without the exhausting effort required by school or screens.
  • Sensory harmony: Providing natural textures, sounds, and rhythms that soothe rather than overwhelm.

Nature doesn't ask our children to sit still or stay quiet; it simply invites them to be.

Ready to unplug and reconnect?

Don't let your child’s progress stay stuck indoors. It’s time to trade screen time for NaturoRx and watch their potential bloom in the fresh air.

Join us on Tuesday, 17 February 2026 at 7.30pm for this FREE informative online event to find out more with our Consultant Paediatrician, Dr Chinwe Ude.

Nature is the only place where 'different' is exactly how things are supposed to be.
