I am a UK qualified Consultant Dermatologist, having gained a medical degree in 1995 from the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas' Hospitals. I have been an NHS consultant since 2005, undertaking my dermatology training at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
I was appointed as a Consultant Dermatologist at Medway NHS Foundation Trust in 2006 and held an Honorary Dermatology Consultant post at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. Since 2019, I have worked as a Dermatology Consultant at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (West Middlesex University Hospital).
I accept referrals from adults and children, consulting on a wide variety of dermatological conditions such as moles, skin cancers, skin surgery to remove benign and cancerous lesions, cryotherapy for warts and pre-cancerous skin lesions, hair and scalp disorders and inflammatory conditions including eczema, psoriasis, acne and rosacea.
I am a member of the British Association of Dermatologists, British Society of Paediatric Dermatology, a Collegiate Member of the Royal College of Physicians, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.
I have published papers in peer reviewed journals, engaged in research projects and have been a reviewer for scientific journals. I also won a British Society for Dermatological Surgery award and been presented at national and international conferences.
