I am a Consultant in Respiratory and General Medicine with over 18 years’ experience supporting patients with a wide range of lung conditions. I specialise in the diagnosis and management of asthma, COPD and unexplained breathlessness, including more complex or difficult-to-control cases.
I have led a specialist airways disease service, caring for over 1,000 patients each year and providing access to advanced diagnostics and multidisciplinary support. I continue to work with a leading specialist lung centre in London, alongside my clinical practice in Brighton, which gives me a broad perspective across both specialist and general respiratory care.
My approach is focused on clear diagnosis, personalised treatment plans and helping patients better understand and manage their symptoms. I offer convenient, on-the-day lung function testing (spirometry) to support faster assessment and treatment planning.
I also have extensive experience managing acute and post-COVID respiratory conditions, having led frontline care during the pandemic and treated a high volume of patients with severe illness and ongoing complications.
Alongside my clinical work, I am involved in teaching and service leadership. I contribute to training medical students and have supported the development of national guidance in respiratory care.
