I just wanted to say a huge thank you for looking after my daughter so well pre, during and post op. Despite being 17 years old she has a real fear of medical procedures and is needle phobic.
Michael her nurse, and all of the lovely nurses at the dressings clinic were so kind, caring and supportive of her needs, which has given her a positive experience of hospitals. I'm sure that this will help her in the future. We are both so grateful for your care.
