The staff, nurses and consultants are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The Wellesley is very clean and organised. The waiting time is minimal and parking is easy. My experience there as a patient couldn't have been better so thank you and I will be happy to return in November knowing I will be well looked after.
At my first appointment Mr Elliot was very pleasant and reassuring when examining my wrist. It was an evening appointment and he wanted an x-ray taken of my wrist. Unfortunately there was a mix up because the X-ray department had closed so I was sent home by reception, but was phoned the following morning by his secretary who was full of apologies and she made me another appointment straight away, convenient to me, which I attended. I then received another appointment for an injection and again everyone was very pleasant and reassuring. I have a follow up appointment in November which was made for me at the time of my injection which I shall be attending. Thank you.
I think my whole experience at the Wellesley was brilliant and I would definitely be happy to come back if I ever need further treatment.
