I had bilateral shoulder replacements on 30 September 2017 and 24 February 2018. Both operations were successful and my recovery is progressing well.
The reception, appointment, treatment and care has been superb and pleasant. I was treated with respect and privacy and dignity.
Everyone from all areas, medical staff, X-Rays, theatre, recovery, wards, kitchen, physiotherapy reception, out patients administration and the auxiliary staff were all excellent.
