Main responsibilities: A position has become available in our Housekeeping Department for Multiskilled personnel. We are looking for a reliable person to work well within a team, or independently if required in our Housekeeping department at the Spire Wellesley Hospital.
Working hours: Part time 25 hours per week - 20.00 - 01.00am - Monday to Friday, with the occasional Sunday as needed.
Experience not essential as training will be given.

Bank Endoscopy Perioperative Practitioner

We are currently looking for Endoscopy Practitioners to join our Endoscopy bank to support the Theatres team. A minimum experience of 1 year working in the Endoscopy department will be required to be considered for this role. Applicants should have sound knowledge of procedure in decontamination of scopes, be able to pre-assess patients competently for endoscopic procedures and provide skilled technical assistance during endoscopic procedures. In addition, good communication skills, good interpersonal and professional skills are essential.

Part Time Self-Funding Treatment Executive

We are looking for someone to deal professionally, face to face and on the telephone, with potential patients and their relatives to help them make an informed decision to have treatment at Spire Wellesley Hospital. Liaising proactively with consultants, medical secretaries and colleagues to ensure that sales opportunities are converted into patient appointments and admissions. You must be able to demonstrate a Sales through Service approach, have a calm, professional and friendly demeanour and will preferably have customer service/sales experience.
The vacancy is a part time position at 23 hours per week, working Monday to Friday and covering various shifts from 08:00 to 20:00 hours.
Essential qualifications and training required:
Education – 5 GCSE, grade A-C or equivalent including English and Mathematics
Previous experience in a sales-related, customer-facing role
Natural empathy with the public
Ability to articulate clearly using appropriate vocabulary
Ability to write in plain English with correct grammar and spelling
Computer and keyboard skills with quick and accurate data entry; comfortable in using MS Office and in learning other software
Quality focus, attention to detail
Highly organised
Ability to work under pressure in a calm, efficient and courteous manner
Ability to flex priorities as new demands arise during the working day
Ability to work effectively and solve problems independently
Appetite to learn and improve sales skills
To be flexible with time and availability in order to cover annual leave of other team members
The postholder will be able to demonstrate previous success in a service or sales role, and will have an empathy with the private medical service lines offered by the hospital, including cosmetic surgery. They will be self-motivated, have a desire for achievement and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be proactive, motivated and logical in your approach, and demonstrate good organisation skills in prioritising your workload.
Working in a team, you will show initiative and demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and remain calm under pressure. You will provide good customer service.
Your aim is to achieve the highest standard of medical records for Consultants and Nursing staff. To file and retrieve patients records whilst maintaining the contents of Medical Records ensuring that they meet the standards of the Spire Operational Policies and Care Quality Commission standard.
