Dr (Miss) (Alexandra) Emma Gray

Consultant General Surgeon

MA, MB, BChir, FRCS (Gen Surg)

Specialises in

I have been a consultant general surgeon for 15 years. I manage over 150 breast cancer cases every year. I am approachable and as a busy mother, I understand a lot about the dynamics of managing health problems and women within family life and use this knowledge to provide holistic needs based care.

I undertake breast assessments and surgery of all types for benign and malignant conditions both in women and men, except cosmetic and reconstructive procedures (although I have very good relationships with local plastic surgeons).

I carry out over 150 surgeries for breast cancer each year.

I also provide a one-stop breast clinic service at Spire Wellesley Hospital for those who have concerns regarding their breast health.
