Professional profile

I am an approachable doctor who takes pride in ensuring my patients are fully informed and receive high quality care. I am a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist providing general and interventional adult cardiology services (including coronary angioplasty/stenting and pacemaker implantation) at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. I also perform both elective and emergency coronary angioplasty/stenting at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, one of the busiest Heart Attack Centres in the country. My clinical practice entails all aspects of adult cardiology, with particular interests/expertise in coronary angioplasty/stenting and valvular heart disease (including echocardiography).

I graduated with honours from St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical School, University of London, with prizes and awards for research and clinical medicine, before completing my cardiology training in London. My training in interventional cardiology was primarily at The Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust.

I am currently a member of the Royal College of Physicians (London), British Cardiovascular Society, British Cardiovascular Intervention Society, European Society of Cardiology, and British Society of Echocardiography.
