The consultant will opt for keyhole or open surgery, the only difference being the size of incisions required. You may need to stay a few days in hospital afterwards with open surgery, but the team will take great care of you.
On the day, simply show up and they’ll take you to your private room. Once given general anaesthetic, your consultant will operate for a couple of hours or so. Then our nurses will be ready to provide whatever kind of aftercare you require.
