I am the clinical lead for Physiotherapy services at Spire Perform Southampton and Spire Southampton Hospital. I have worked as a clinical physiotherapy specialist with an interest in shoulder problems for the past 20 years, both in the NHS and privately.

I specialise in the physiotherapy treatment of people with shoulder problems including but not limited to sports injuries, soft tissue and joint problems and pre and post-surgical rehabilitation. I have worked closely with our local Consultant Orthopaedic Shoulder Surgeons over many years and liaise with them as needed to ensure that together we are able to work to achieve the patient's optimal recovery.

I am the clinical lead for the physiotherapy team at Spire Perform Southampton and Spire Southampton hospital.
