What our patients told us during our recent survey:

  • 100% said the cleanliness of the hospital was ‘excellent’, ‘very good’ or ‘quite good’
  • 100% said the care and attention they received from the consultant and nurses was ‘excellent’, ‘very good’ or ‘quite good’
  • 99% of patients rate our overall quality of service as ‘excellent’, ‘very good’ or ‘good’
  • 99% agreed that they had confidence and trust in the nurses and consultants looking after them
  • 99% said the quality of care from outpatient nursing staff was ‘excellent’, ‘very good’ or ‘quite good’
  • 99% said that the hospital did everything they could to help control their pain
  • 98% agree that staff went out of their way to make a difference to their stay
  • 97% agree they felt reassured and safe throughout their experience 
  • 97% of the people who were treated here would definitely or were likely to recommend us in the future
